Personal training consists of in person 1-1 or small group training sessions based in my personal gym unit in Crawford village, Skelmersdale, West Lancashire or Bannatyne health club, Skelmersdale. I’m lucky enough to have rolling countryside right on my doorstep so I will often mix up gym sessions with training in the great outdoors. Keeping it interesting and varied is a vital part of maintaining a fitness program and boosting your mental health.
