Through my 10 years of experience in specific training and being a Personal Trainer/ Coach I have developed knowledge and a patient approach when it comes to understanding my clients and how their bodies work.
Everything I do is tailored to the individuality of my client, from your diet plan to your training programme. My clients are top priority, so what I offer is 24/7 support via email, whatsapp, text messaging and weekly check-ins so that we can reach your goal together.
