Are the custom training programmes designed by you?
Yes. I have been a certified personal trainer and online coach since 2015. I have worked with hundreds of clients on a 1 to 1 basis and have years of experience working with clients in person. These programmes are designed and monitored and are a product of what I believe to be the most effective way to deliver optimal results.
whY bootcamp vs the gym?
Gyms are a great resource for getting fit but often lack in the motivation part. Confidence, uncertainty around equipment and a lack of motivation are common barriers to hitting your fitness goals.
Bootcamp combines my years of knowledge and experience honing my craft with in person coaching and motivation. I’m right there making sure you are using equipment in the most effective way, can make instant tweaks to accommodate for injuries or specific goals and will make sure I get that last rep! Combined with a great bunch of fellow warriors it makes burpees a lot less tedious!
are the nutrition plans done by you?
Yes. When I make your nutrition plan, I'll give you a strict personalised meal plan based on YOUR macro-nutrient needs with food measurements. There is no reason to not have great results with your plan, but it is your responsibility to follow it accurately! I also give you a break-down of your macro-nutrients so you can track your food intake and make substitutions if you wish, AS LONG AS YOU HIT YOUR TARGET MACRO-NUTRIENTs FOR YOUR GOAL.
What if I can only workout a certain number of times per week?
I will put together a plan that will enable you to get the most out of your training sessions, in addition to this your diet plan will play a big role to optimise great results.
what if I’m a total beginner?
No problem! PTs / bootcamp are a great way to gain confidence, especially in using equipment. We all started somewhere and you’ve already made a real commitment to yourself by signing up! You will be guided throughout workouts and I am always here for advice / questions.

I have a pre - existing injury / condition, can I train?
That depends, we can complete a free consultation to discuss any potential barriers to training. I have worked with many people on a rehabilitation basis and incorporated their physio exercises. If I feel you need more medical treatment I can signpost to some excellent therapists before starting your fitness regime.
What should I bring to bootcamp / my pt?
A bottle of water, suitable clothing / footwear, any medication / inhalers if necessary. Mats are provided but bring your own if you prefer. A positive mental attitude!
How do I pay?
Payments for programmes such as the 8 WEEK SHRED are made in full upon booking to secure your place via bank transfer.
PTs should be paid by the start of the session at the latest via cash or bank transfer.
