Our Warriors have access to 12 in-person fitness classes a week! They are for ALL levels of fitness , from absolute beginners to triathletes, exercises are tailored to optimise your fitness journey in a motivating and positive environment.
Make the commitment to be present and your comrades and I will be here to support you every step of the way. I’m proud to say that our Wharton Warrior community is packed with supportive, driven and fun individuals! We have a great time in class and often enjoy activities outside of class such as charity events and social gatherings.
SO WHAT’S INVOLVED?

BOOTCAMP involves using a variety of equipment such as tyres, battle ropes, kettle bells and even beer kegs (empty of course) to create a challenging but fun class, which promotes fat loss, toning and strength training to the latest tunes!
BOXING involves pad work, technique and circuit training to get you fighting fit! Nathan is a Ricky Hatton Academy Advanced Instructor who delivers a great stress busting class sure to get your blood pumping and leave you on a high!
DIET is massively important when it comes to achieving your desired results. I will work with you personally to create the optimum MACROS intake for your goal whether it be fat loss or mass building. I will keep you accountable and be on hand to monitor your progress.
REMEMBER structure and consistency is key to results! This is not a cookie cutter programme or a dip in dip out fitness class. By becoming a Wharton Warrior you are making health improvements a consistent part of your routine, you are showing up for yourself and tuning into your body physically and mentally, that’s something to be proud of!
